How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered in 3-7 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it from Track Order.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. A small flat fee applies below that.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details never reach our servers.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Open Track Order, choose RETURN or EXCHANGE for the item and we will arrange the pickup. Items must be unused with tags and packaging.
When will I get my refund?
For online payments the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check. For Cash on Delivery orders we send it by UPI or bank transfer.
How do I track my order?
Open Track Order, enter your order number and the mobile number or email used at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from your account until the order is shipped. Paid orders are refunded automatically.
